the process
Whether you are filled with ideas or don’t know where to begin, we will guide you through the selection process. To begin, we ask that you fill out our client questionnaire. It’s a wonderful way to get the creative thoughts flowing - the more imaginative the better! No detail is too small. Tell us about your morning rituals, favorite memories and must have interests and passions. Then we will create your custom charm list. Once approved we will start sourcing and designing. This is the fun part! And don’t forget to include any charms that you may have or jewelry like brooches, rings and cuff links we can make into charms.
